Important Information
(i) The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to anybody without assigning reason for his/her action.
(ii) No student may take private tuition in any subject from any member of the school staff without the prior permission.
(iii) The school does not accept any kind of responsibilities for the loss of books, bags, water bottles, clothes, uniform etc. of the students in school campus.
(iv) Damage to any school property has to be compensated by guardians.
(v) The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, ethnic background or national origin.
(vi) Fee deposit, complaint, suggestion any or other official issue is entertained during school hours only.
(vii) A student failing to complete 80% of attendance in the class in an academic session will not be given promotion under any circumstances.
Leave
No leave other than medical leave is sanctioned during exams provided a medical certificate from a medical authority is submitted.
ATTENDANCE, ABSENCE
As regular attendance is an important requirement for successful results, a written application for leave must be submitted well in advance. In case of illness and other unforeseen circumstances, the guardian should inform the Principal in writing as soon as possible. A minimum attendance of 80% of the total working days is required during the academic year, falling short of which the student will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
Examination
(i) Examination for two terms will be held for all classes in an academic session.
(ii) Pass mark in any subject in all the terminal examinations will be as per board rules.
(iii) Apart from terminal examinations, there will be a Circle of Unit Test for all the subjects.
Important Note

• All the assessment like Unit Tests, Written/Oral Assignments ,Project works with Half yearly and Annual Examination are equally important and compulsory to be taken by students except unavoidable cases.
• Uses of any unfair means during Examination may cause of dismissal from the school
Transport
(i) The school provides facilities of transport by bus and van at reasonable rate on all possible routes.
(i) Withdrawal from conveyance facility must be preceded by a month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice.
(ii) Conveyance- charge for vacations will also have to be deposited.
Parents Teacher Meet
Parents Teacher Meets are conducted for the overall development of the student and to check truancy. Meeting are conducted on predetermined dates for maximum response. All the parents and guardians are requested to attend all the PTMs.
